1.High Thermal Efficiency

The furnace adopts the membrane water cooling wall structure on both sides,which can not only ensure the sealing character of furnace but also can improve the boiler thermal efficiency.

2.Durability

Double drum transverse structure thoroughly overcomes overheating bulge phenomenon, and heating surface arrangement is more reasonable.

Using water-cooled furnace arch structure increases the rigidity and stability of the furnace arch, and prolongs the service life of the furnace arch.

3.Strong Adaptability for Fuels

The reversed"α"type furnace arch technology improves the fuel combustion characteristics and widens the fuel adaptability.

4.Stable and Reliable operation

Adopting the improved GEF special slag removing technology,the new grate flakes of small scales type,and the unique insurance ring,which thoroughly overcome the technical difficulties of grate chipped,effectively reduce the grate air leakage,and make boiler operation stable and reliable.

5.High Combustion Efficiency

Grate adopts the structure of double side air supply and independent regulating air chamber,which effectively meets the requirements of the fuel’s combustion.

The SHL unassembled chain grate steam boiler adopts secondary air structure,which improves the aerodynamic field in the furnace greatly,bring the hot particles to the front arch,this is helpful to the ignition of fuel and extends the staying time of fuel in the furnace,thus the fuel utilization is greatly improved.

7.LOW Maintenance Fee

Burning low quality fuel with high efficiency can reduce fuel cost and, what is better, mechanical cleaning of the tubes is possible, thus making maintenance fee much less and unit price of steam also cheaper.
