QXX series CFB boiler developed by our company adopts several national patent technologies, long-term operation, low failure rate, the year longest continuous running time up to ten months/350 days. A set of 58MW hot water CFB boiler burning coal fuel is used in a thermal power plant for supply heat and electricity.

The 58MW CFB boiler for Thermal power plant is a natural circulation water tube boiler with double cross drums. Fuel is sent to the furnace from stoker and it is mixed with air from equal pressure air chamber, the flow gas produced from it burned goes upside into horizontal cyclone separator. The separator is composed of three pieces of membrane walls to guarantee separator work reliable. Flying ash in the flow gas is separated by mass force, and it is sent into the furnace to re-burn by air along feedback path, which improve the burning efficiency,. Flow gas from cyclone separator, after re-separated by U-flue to get rid of ash, flushes convection bank breadth wise. Cast iron economizer and air heater are both one stage, and flow gas gets into dust catcher from air heater and is finally discharged to chimney by induced draft fan.

58MW CFB Boiler advantages：
