What is AAC autoclave?

Autoclaved aerated concrete, is shorted as AAC. AAC Autoclave is also known as steam curing autoclave reactor, with a great size, great weight and a large pressure vessel. The AAC steam autoclave is the large pressure vessel that can steam the pressurized bricks or normal bricks, which is made from aerated concrete blocks, sand and pulverized fly ash, and then complete the reaction of CaO-SiO2-H2O.

AAC autoclave working process

First, sand or fly ash with lime crushing mix together, then grind after digestion treatment, and use the form of adobe brick molding mechanism into different specifications. By the steam car sending into the autoclave under saturated vapor reaction caldron in the aero-concrete about 8-10 hours to prepare label 150 number  sand-lime brick or fly ash bricks. Put lime, sand or fly ash and water into a paste, adding a foaming agent, injection mold, standing foam, then cut into blocks of different sizes. Lastly sending the steam car into the autoclave under saturated vapor steam curing inherent for 8-10 hours, porous, lightweight aerated blocks bricks can be made.
