The both sides of re-burning chamber and furnace chamber adopt the membrane water-cooling wall structure. With this kind of structure, the boiler has a high heat transmission coefficient, low heat loss, good airtightness, no furnace wall deformation and no ash leakage.

3.Strong Overload Capacity

Furnace front and rear water wall tube extend down to the upside of the grate,forming the front and back arches,which extends the radiation heating surface,thus the SZL hot water boiler has a wider range of overload adjusting.

4.High Combustion Efficiency

Inverted "α"furnace arch technology makes the front arch high and short, rear arch low and long. This structure increases the burning time of the flue gas in the furnace so as to improve the combustion efficiency.

5.Strong Adaptability for Fuels

The streamline shape back arch can throw the unburned carbon grains from the middle-rear part of grate into the front so that the coal is easier to get ignited.

6.Enough Power Output

The increase of SZL hot water boiler, height increases the furnace volume,which solves the small size and insufficient output shortcomings of shop-assembled boilers.

The front and back arches use the water wall as skeleton and are casted with with high alumina cement,which avoids the the cracking and collapsing of arch brick,thus the service life of SZL hot water boiler can be prolonged.
